In February 1992 the Z. Smith Reynolds Foundation awarded ENCPC another $50,000 in general support.

In December 1992 ENCPC was awarded a grant from the Z. Smith Reynolds Foundation for information and Resource Exchange in Eastern North Carolina, Phase I.

In June 1991 ENCPC held a regional Grant Writing Workshop designed to train groups in defining projects and developing funding strategies.

ENCPC has worked with local leaders in Kinston to establish a Health Center.

ENCPC has assisted with the development of multi-county, multi-agency programs to support present initiatives such as Smart Start, Healthy Carolina 2000, Community Development Agencies and other innovative projects.

ENCPC offered grant writing and technical assistance for Dillard CDC to receive a grant for $500,000.
